Simulation Software Engineer/Team Lead (Eatontown, NJ)

Command & Control Systems and Software (C2S2), which includes the
former L-3 Communications ILEX Systems, is currently seeking a
Simulation Software Engineer/Team Lead to work at our Eatontown, NJ
location. C2S2, a Division of L-3 Services, Inc. utilizes state of the
art technologies to provide the highest level of systems and software
engineering, program management and operational services to the
Aviation and Defense markets.

Simulation Software Engineer/Team Lead will provide oversight and
maintenance of existing lab simulation environment. Some travel
required (25%).

Responsibilities include:

* Leading a small team in development of new or enhanced simulations
for use in testing and user training environments.
* Integrating simulation data to stimulate live systems.
* Ensuring company CMMI processes are adhered to by the team
throughout all stages of software development.
* As needed, assist Project Leads with requirements and design and
software test personnel with integrations and regression testing.

Qualifications/Experience:

* BS Degree in a Technical/Engineering discipline.
* 10 years experience in requirements, design, programming and
testing.
* Experience with one or more of the following simulation protocols is
required: DIS, HLA, JSIM, WARSIM, CBS, TACSIM, FOM and constructive
simulations.
* Knowledge in C++ and/or Java, Ada (useful), GUI development,
ClearCase, Capability Maturity Model.
* Previous team lead experience.
* Demonstrated ability to design and implement models for use in
constructive simulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


US Citizenship is required and candidate must be eligible for a
security clearance. Current clearance is a definite plus.
